Dr. Dimov is an Allergist/Immunologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Chicago where he evaluates and treats both pediatric and adult patients. He is double board-certified in Allergy/Immunology (ABAI, a conjoint board of Medicine and Pediatrics) and Internal Medicine (ABIM). Dr. Dimov is the Editor of the World Allergy Organization (WAO) Small Airways Working Group site and a Member of the WAO Web Editorial Board. He is a former Member of the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) Advisory Board for Students and Residents.

Dr. Dimov has published more than 140 scientific papers, book chapters, interviews, and abstracts.

He is the founder of ClinicalCases.org, the most popular online case-based curriculum of clinical medicine, which has received more than 7.5 million page views since 2005. ClinicalCases.org was featured in 14 high-impact scientific journals and hyperlinked in the websites of 37 medical schools.
